Variety had this to say:
"The new suit comes from Maya Mani, the costume designer who also created the revamped uniform that Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen will be wearing on the upcoming season of “The Flash’s” sibling show, “Arrow.” While Colleen Atwood designed the original superhero costumes for both of these programs’ title characters, Mani also created the costumes for “Arrow” supes Arsenal (Colton Haynes), Black Canary (Katie Cassidy), Speedy (Willa Holland) and A.T.O.M. (Brandon Routh)."
